Conference “Navigating the Anthropocene” January 30th 2025 at VU Amsterdam

We would like to hereby direct your attention to the VU Conference “Shared Pathways to a Sustainable and Just Future: Navigating the Anthropocene” which will take place on location in Amsterdam on Thursday January 30th 2025 between 9:00 and 17:00. The conference includes keynote lectures, workshops, debates and experiential experiments to explore collaborative solutions to the complex challenges of the Anthropocene, and can be attended free of charge. Across twenty-five sessions discussions and experiments are held to discuss planetary boundaries and anthropological shifts as well as convivial citizenship and resilient education. Some examples of the scheduled seminars are “Post-Anthropocene Futures,” “Climate Change: Barriers of Time, Scope and Complexity,” and “Green Colonialism.”
